Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Submit a Request

To process your request, please share:

- Order Number
- Product Images
- Shipping Label/Invoice Image
- Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

Refund & Exchange Process

- Refunds or exchanges will be initiated only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
- A deduction of ₹100 towards shipping charges will apply to refunds or exchanges.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

Eligibility Conditions

The product must be:

- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged by the customer
- Returned with original tags and packaging

Non-Eligible Cases

No refund or exchange will be provided if:

- The product is not in its original condition.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The required proof (images, shipping label, or unboxing video) is not provided.
- The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
