Refund & Return Policy

At Bhaktishala, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality. As many of our products are handcrafted, fragile, and shipped across India, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

• Free replacement
• Repair (if applicable)
• Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

3. Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all accessories included

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Color or design preference
• Minor variations in handcrafted products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products without original packaging
• Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Damage claims without an unboxing video

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect.

6. Replacement Timeline

Approved replacement orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days, subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
• Bhaktishala will bear replacement shipping costs for verified damaged or incorrect deliveries.
