Damaged Product Policy

At Bhaktishala, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order. However, if your product arrives damaged during transit, we are here to help.

- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process your request, please share:
  - Order Number
  - Clear photos of the damaged product
  - Photos of the outer packaging
  - An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution as per our policy.

Please Note:

- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
- Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
- Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.
